The John Paul Jones Arena Box Office is located at the Main Entrance to the building.
The Box Office is ONLY open on show and game days. The hours vary depending on event times.
For UVA Basketball, the Box Office opens 60 minutes before the game.

Purchasing Tickets
Day of show event tickets can only be purchased in-person on DAY OF SHOW at the Box Office during open window hours, depending on availability.
Accepted Payment Methods: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Contactless Payment
Ticketmaster.com and AXS.com are our only official ticketing sites. We cannot guarantee the validity or use of tickets purchased on any other website. We also cannot assist if tickets are purchased through a 3rd party do not scan or are errored in some capacity. Please only purchase through Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com.

Will Call
Will Call is located at the John Paul Jones Arena Box Office located at the Main Entrance of the arena.
Requirements for Picking up Tickets from Will Call:
A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. It is also highly advised to bring the credit card used for payment, as this can help further assist us with any issues.
Children's Admission
Children of 2 years and older (24+ months) must have a ticket for admission for each event.
Adding Tickets to Digital Wallet
We highly recommend adding your tickets to a Google, Apple, or other digital wallet prior to arriving at the venue. If there are connectivity issues, having your tickets in your wallet can help bypass any potential issues.

Tickets for UVA Athletics events can be purchased at the Athletics Box Office in Scott Stadium or at
