The John Paul Jones Arena Box Office is located at the Main Entrance to the building.
The Box Office is open Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 2:00PM. Times during event days vary depending on show times.
For UVA Basketball, the Box Office opens 60 minutes before the game.

Purchasing Tickets
Tickets and parking passes can be purchased at the John Paul Jones Arena Box Office,
Tickets for UVA Athletics events can be purchased at the Athletics Box Office in Scott Stadium or at
www.virginiasports.com.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the John Paul Jones Arena Box Office located at the Main Entrance of the arena. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the John Paul Jones Arena Box Office 48 hours after being purchased.
Requirements for Picking up Tickets from Will Call:
A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. It is also highly advised to bring the credit card used for payment, as this can help further assist us with any issues.

Children's Admission
Children of 2 years and older (24+ months) must have a ticket for admission for each event.
