Meeting Services

John Paul Jones Arena provides not only world class entertainment, but also state-of-the-art meeting and conference space. The Arena has several areas that can be configured to facilitate meetings, retreats, tradeshows, and parties of all sizes to meet your event needs. The Tip Off Club and Courtside Club provide a more intimate atmosphere, perfect for banquets, receptions, and socials, that create truly unforgettable experiences.

You’ll work with our dedicated and experienced Event Services Department that will cater to your every need. An extensive inventory of tables, chairs, pipe and drape, podiums, and audio/visual equipment, plus power and wireless internet is all at your disposal. On-site food and beverage service is available exclusively through Aramark whose menu features a variety of delicious food and beverage options to complement any occasion.
